But later I realized they TRX can only be install on the weight bearing wall (which they should have clearly stated on their product page). TRX is the worst kind of company there is. So today - Dec 23- my order arrived - after cancelling it!!! This company has no clue. Good thing I kept copies of all my emails to them. So I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. I also read a bunch of reviews that other people had waiting waiting for orders - never shipped - but the company took their money. By December 10, my order still hadn’t shipped and I was getting worried I would not receive it on time for Christmas. I made several more attempts to get a straight answer from them on when my order would ship. The automated customer service is brutal because if your question is not a ‘standard’ question from the menu, you have to wait 48 hours to hear back from them. I then contacted UPS to see when they would be picking up the order and they advised that they don’t pick up and they were waiting for the product to be dropped at their facility.
I contacted them again and they said they were waiting for UPS to pick it up.
This was a lie - a label had been created but the product was not shipped. I finally received an email indicating that my product had been ‘shipped’. They said they were experiencing sone shipping delays with UpS but my order would be shipped out soon. About 10 days after ordering I still had not received a shipping confirmation so I started following up with their company. On Dec 1, the charge showed up on my visa. I ordered 3 items in November for a Christmas gift for my son. These people are liars and are completely incompetent. It has to be about the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give this company a zero I would.
